When I treat my patients for fertility I don’t just treat their body. Give them a 3 feet long to do list, and a reason to fear everything they put in their mouth.
I teach them manifestation. I teach them miracles. And it’s very simple. And everyone is capable of it.
Miracles aren’t walking on water.

Tap.Root

A taproot is the anchoring root growing vertically and from which other roots grow.

As humans, how do we grow stronger and healthier? How do we tap into our roots?

Traditional holistic ways to health have been my passion for almost 20 years.

As a business school graduate, successful head hunter in Paris in my early twenties, I was plagued with severe insomnia, anxiety attacks that had me on beta blockers, and body image issues that had me spend all of my salary in therapy sessions.

I knew there was more to health than trying to use chemicals to make sense of reality. Then began my quest for authentic physical and spiritual health.

I discovered the holistic practices of Yoga and Chinese Medicine. Yoga was suddenly telling me my body was not the enemy but a precious vessel of exploration, and Chinese medicine was giving me hints that man and nature are connected.

I had to know more. I had to go to the root.

After 2 years of study in France, I left my career and my beloved hometown and flew to Nanjing, China. I learned mandarin Chinese and enrolled in a 5 year program in mandarin (basically equivalent to an M.D) at Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, one of the top Chinese medicine schools in China. I finished my residency at Jiangsu province Hospital, where I was able to see thousands of patients.

After meeting my husband, we moved to California where I then pursued a Master’s degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine and continued my never ending apprenticeship.

I now practice Chinese medicine and teach Yoga in California. Both search for the root of a person's suffering and offer many avenues for healing and personal growth.

I am blessed to share the gifts and wisdom of two very ancient traditions that extend far beyond treating a disease and address humans in a holistic way.
