YOoooooo! I am running my first online movement class this this upcoming Tuesday Sept 5 at 5:00 pm London time (6:00 pm Gothenburg, 8:00 am LA, 12:00 pm NY ). This is a movement class for anyone experiencing pain and wanting to tap into presence and pleasure. In this class we will explore the concept of YOU being the expert on your own body and letting sensation be the guide. For the month of September the class will be run on donation and starting October the class will be $10. I can’t wait to see you there :))))))))))

My name Lily Marshmellow was born one evening giggling over dinner with these two beautiful women. After this "Goddess Retreat" I felt such a shift in me and had my first really smooth period, maybe ever? My blood was as red as the blood from a cut and just as smooth. There was no pain and just a sense of flow and release. I wonder what information this next bleed will bring...
