Horizon’s skilled physicians, clinicians, nurses, psychiatrists, and healthcare experts specialize in primary care, behavioral health and addiction treatment, while being dedicated to improving the health of the communities we serve. For more than 40 years Horizon Health and Wellness has been serving the health care needs of Arizona residents, providing access to an array of inpatient, outpatient, residential and habilitation services that addresses the whole person and promotes wellness. Through this collaboration, we’ve connected nearly 30 justice-involved individuals to treatment, housing, and recovery resources across Pinal County. 🏠💫

It’s challenging work, but always deeply rewarding. Together, we’re creating pathways to stability, dignity, and hope. 💛
