Patient presents with Chronic knee pain, stiffness and tightness after total replacement in 2019/2020.
Neuro re-ed consistent of facilitating VMO, VL for swelling and trigger points throughout tender areas to increase blood flow and promote tendinopathy.
Patient proactively in water aerobics as well as Tai Chi.
Progressing well.

Patient presents with POTS and autonomic dysfunction, with some urinary incontinence.
S2–4 through the use of DRY needling to inhibit trigger points to regulate autonomic dysfunction throughout the body targeting the pudendal nerve distribution in the sacrum to calm the sympathetic nervous system.
