You can now go to our website www.familyhealthsv.com and pay any outstanding balance owed on your account. We accept ALL major credits cards.

All you have to do is go to our website, click on the Payment Portal box or the blue dot on the top right corner (depends on your computer screen display size), and follow the instructions. If you have any questions please call our office for help.

As the end of the year approaches, we would like to remind everyone that our office is still offering Telehealth appointments. These Telehealth appointments are easy to set up and may provide you with the convenience you need. If you would like an appointment with your provider but prefer not to come in to the office at this time, then a Telehealth appointment is PERFECT FOR YOU. Happy October! We are pleased to announce that Jason Patrick, a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner, has joined our team at Family Health Center of Sierra Vista! Jason has been trained to provide care for patients through all stages of their lives. He worked in the emergency department as a registered nurse for 5 years, until receiving his Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Phoenix as a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Jason was raised in Southern California, but has resided in Arizona since 2009. He enjoys many outdoor hobbies and tackling new projects at home. Jason is currently accepting new patients and usually has same day appointments available. We are thrilled to have Jason as part of our team and are confident he will provide you with the excellent care you deserve!
