After a career change in her early 20s Timmie has found her home in health and fitness. She has been in the industry for over 8 years now and has experience as a personal trainer, fitness manager, boot camp instructor and business operator. Timmie has been an avid runner for over 15 years and has developed FAME
running form as a way to help others achieve their running goals. This makes her a perfect fit for Motivation Mile. With over 6 marathons, 13 half marathons and numerous 5ks and 10ks under her belt she is more than an expert when it comes to running. Timmie is currently attempting to beat her personal best marathon time of 3hrs 15mins and half marathon personal best of 1hr 21mins. Timmie lives by no regrets, no excuses and never say I can't. She is a mom of twins and so she not only says these things, but she practices what she preaches. Timmie's certifications include:

Meet Alisha Lopez

With a mission to inspire and motivate others to live a healthy and meaningful life, Alisha Lopez has worked with adults and kids in the health & sports industry for the past two decades. She currently serves as the Founder & Owner of No Limits Sports and Fitness Academy, a 16,000 square foot Sports & Fitness Training hub based in Signal Hill, California. Alisha’s facility offers personal training, group fitness and fitness & wellness education—with a mandate to motivate and support clients with a positive attitude in a relaxed atmosphere. Her upstart has been awarded kudos as the Best Small Business in Signal Hill. She brings to her business certification as a Personal Trainer, with additional training and certifications in Spinning, Yoga, Resist-a-Ball, Mat Pilates, Pilates, Bosu Training, Power Flex and Kettlebell Training. Alisha is also a USA Cycling Coach, and continually attends continuing education workshops across the nation. She is also Creator and Founder of The Healthy Wealthy Day, and of Motivation Mile. Alisha offers a life-long background as a competitive athlete in soccer, cross-country, track & field and cycling. She previously worked as Parks and Recreation Commissioner for the City of Signal Hill. She earned a Bachelor’s degree from the University of California at Berkeley, where she was recruited to play soccer. Alisha has two 18-month-old twin boys, and enjoys reading, running, cycling, drawing, hiking, traveling and volunteering within the community.
