Morning Mantra: “There are two places you need to go to often; a place that heals you and a place that inspires you.”

These places don’t need to be a real destination, they can be a change of scenery OR a change of thought. Taking time to be in nature or taking time to meditate. Taking a ride to watch a sunset or taking a break and listening to really good music.
Where you “go” to heal or be inspired doesn’t have to depend on your bank account, so much is already available to you.

Hope in Plain Sight is an equine therapy program at Shooting Star Stables on Sawyer Cemetery Rd. on Signal Mountain.

Offering Equine Assisted Learning with Rachel Hay-Certified with OK Corral, Equine Assisted Psychotherapy with Robin Cruise LSW-Certified with Natural Lifemanship, and Therapeutic Riding Lessons. $50 per session. Call 423-314-7229 to schedule an appointment.

We serve individuals and families experiencing relationship problems, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, and other mental health issues. We have additional sessions for veterans, nurses, and first responders.

Hope in Plain Sight is a non-riding form of therapy that uses horses to help people find hope.
