Maria is our Yoga Sculpt Queen. She is known for her incredible playlists and kicking our butts without even losing her breath!
We love Marias sense of humor spontaneous spirit. Relatable, sassy, and also sweet shes everything to love in a teacher!

LOOK WHAT WE HAVE TO CELEBRATE TODAY!
A double birthday celebration for two very special members of our Signal Mountain crew!

DANIEL BROWN is our VIBE king! He teaches Heated Yoga Sculpt , and Pilates on Thursdays, and he brings the heat!.
What we love about daniel is his incredible and thought out playlists, that keep us moving to the beat.
We love walking into the studio and seeing daniels smiling face and listening to his deeply soothing voice to kick our butts!
When daniel isnt at the studio you can catch him either working his shift at Alleia, a popular restaraunt in town, or bringing yoga and fitness to our chattanooga community, in some capacity! He really is a light to everyone he meets.
WE LOVE YOU DANIEL, and hope you spend today with the ones you love!

Our Winter CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) is a bi-weekly produce subscription directly from our farm. Our CSA members prepay for a share of our farm’s harvest and in return we deliver a bag of our produce to central pick-up locations in Mentone, Fort Payne, and Chattanooga. The winter CSA shares will be about twice the size of our regular shares and the cost is $47.12/delivery.

-Storage crops: Beets, butternut squash, cabbage, carrots, daikon radish, onion, pie pumpkin, sweetpotatoes, watermelon radish, winter squash

-Field crops: Brussels sprouts, lettuce, kale, spinach
