Administrator Kim Dunning, along with fellow Paradigm leaders Angie Jones, Colby Diebold, and Maci Harris, spent time in Jefferson City this week attending leadership trainings and continuing education opportunities.

While there, they had the privilege of meeting with representatives at the State Capitol to advocate for long-term care and the residents we are honored to serve each day.

We are proud to have leadership that not only focuses on excellence within our facility, but also works to ensure the voices of long-term care residents and staff are heard at the state level.

🍓🍕 Fruit Pizza Day at Annie’s Garden! 🍍🫐

Yesterday was sweet in the best way! Our residents celebrated Fruit Pizza Day by making their very own delicious creations. From spreading the frosting to carefully placing each colorful piece of fruit, everyone had a blast getting creative in the kitchen.

Not only were they beautiful… they were absolutely delicious too! 😋

We would like to give a very special shout-out to Erica, CMT, for a job exceptionally well done!

Erica consistently goes above and beyond to ensure our residents are well cared for, comfortable, and treated with the compassion they deserve. She is always willing to jump in, lend a helping hand to her coworkers, and support the team however she can.

We regularly receive compliments from residents and family members about Erica’s kindness, professionalism, and dedication — and we couldn’t agree more!

Today we had the best time celebrating our wonderful nurse, Amanda as she prepares to welcome her sweet baby boy! 💙

Our Annie’s Garden family gathered together to shower Amanda with love. She gives so much of herself to our residents every day, and it meant so much to be able to celebrate her during this special season of life.

🌟 Staff Spotlight – Meet Linda Newman! 🌟

Please help us welcome Linda Newman, Dietary Manager, here at Annie’s Garden! Linda joined our team in 2025 bringing with her an incredible 27 years of healthcare experience.

Linda has a true passion for working with the elderly and loves the daily conversations and meaningful connections she builds with our residents. Helping others is what motivates her every single day, and it shows in the care she provides.

When she’s not at work, Linda enjoys relaxing, shopping, watching movies, and spending time with her family. She especially cherishes staying connected with her children through video chats and loves sharing life with her husband and dogs.

Her favorite part about working at Annie’s Garden? The residents—whom she describes as amazing—along with the great staff, welcoming environment, and beautiful facility.

We are so grateful to have Linda as part of the Annie’s Garden family. Be sure to say hello when you see her! 💙🌿
