Homemade Ketchup Recipe πŸ…
Ingredients:
- 1 can (28 oz) whole tomatoes or 3 cups fresh tomatoes
- ΒΌ cup vinegar
- ΒΌ cup honey, maple syrup, or brown sugar
- Β½ tsp black pepper
- Β½ tsp onion powder

NEW STUDY - PERSISTENT INFLAMMATORY MARKERS ONE YEAR FOLLOWING MRNA COVID INJECTIONS...

NEW STUDY: published in Immunity, Inflammation and Disease

Examined the impact of mRNA COVID-19 vaccination on cytokine profiles (inflammatory markers) in 84 Saudi subjects, focusing on long-term immune responses.

It found significant increases in various cytokines post-vaccination, suggesting PERSISTENT IMMUNE ACTIVATION WHICH COULD BE CONCERNING FOR INFLAMMATION AND AUTOIMMUNE RISKS

Average post vaccination follow up period - 14 months for adolescents; 13 months for adults

The study noted increases in pro-inflammatory cytokines like IL6, TNFΞ±, and IL1Ξ², which are linked to inflammation and potential autoimmune reactions.

It seems likely that men and older adults face higher risks of vaccine-induced inflammation, based on greater cytokine increases.

THE EVIDENCE LEANS TOWARDS MRNA VACCINES POSSIBLY TRIGGERING AUTO IMMUNE REACTIONS, ALTHOUGH THIS NEEDS MORE STUDY.
