Our Story

Caring Doves Home Care Services, LLC is a homecare and living assistance service business which offers a unique combination of exceptional private-duty in-home care and living assistance services to a 15-county region within Southeastern Missouri. At Caring Doves, we see a continual rise and significant need for quality in-home care services in Southeast Missouri.

When Caring Doves was founded, the founders, Tina Moore and Ben Moore were home care clients themselves. Ben’s grandmother, had lived with his parents since he was a child and like many other seniors and disabled persons in this area, she required living assistance services within her home in recent years. During that time the Moore family had used approximately five different in-home care agencies in the area.

Based on their experiences with these agencies and their services, Ben determined that there was some much need revitalization of home care services in the area, such as the development of a stronger personal relationships and personal connection with clients. Other important areas of opportunity are in dedication and commitment to quality service standards as well as professionalism and respect when dealing with the clients and their families.

Ben also saw a need and opportunity to redefine, expand, and extend the reach of homecare and living assistance by adding services to meet other important needs such as in-home child care services, pet care services, home check services, and other special services such as full-service home cleaning, lawn maintenance, garden assistance, property care, and other services through sister and partner companies.
