“I’ve never been to a hockey game!” they said. So, we went to a hockey game.

Last weekend our clinic staff went to watch the Blues play the Golden Knights. It was hard finding 12 seats together, but we managed. However, we did end up in the nosebleed section.

Even though the Blues lost, we had a great time. We’ve now seen the Cardinals and the Blues. Maybe we’ll do NASCAR next!

Last Friday, the girls had a well-deserved selfcare day for all of their hard work. Their day consisted of a trip to the spa for massages and pedicures followed by a girls’ lunch! 💙March is Colon Cancer Awareness Month💙

This is Colon cancer. This might have been prevented if the patient had undergone a screening colonoscopy sooner. Most colon cancers develop from colon polyps. Removing those polyps can prevent the cancer. There’s not much else we do in medicine that PREVENTS cancer.

Colon screenings are recommended starting at age 45, sometimes sooner depending on family or personal history. Colorectal cancer is highly treatable when caught early!
