🤲 I’m also offering Premium Yoga, which consist of personal one-on-one guidance and assisted stretching. These classes are by request only, message me for more details.

✨New Year, New You! We heard your requests, and we're excited to bring something new to our shop for the community: YOGA! 🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️by Teana Pickard Kivett !!

Join us for our FIRST YOGA pop-up event on Sunday, January 19th at 2:00 p.m. 🙌 Whether you're a complete beginner or a seasoned yogi, this class is for ALL levels! 🌟

The cost is just $10 per person to participate. No need to register – just bring your yoga mat (or borrow one from Teana!) and get ready to relax, stretch, and feel amazing. 🌿

What better way to kick off the new year with some self-care? ✨ Come early or stay after to enjoy your favorite drink and fully unwind -- remember, our syrups are all natural plus we have sugar free options or healthy smoothies! 🍹
