A doula is a trained and experienced professional who provides continuous physical, emotional and informational support to pregnant people before, during, and after events in the reproductive health continuum. As a birth doula, I accompany families in labor to help ensure a safe and satisfying birth experience. I do not perform medical tasks or make decisions for you, but rather harbor a wealth of

knowledge that can help you achieve your goals for the birth of your baby on your terms. As a lactation consultant, I provide assessments and clinical plans of care for parents experiencing any breastfeeding challenge. I am currently offering lactation consultation through Peaceful Beginnings of the Triad.
