Exciting news! We are thrilled to announce that Bright Horizons Therapeutic Riding Center is now officially Brighter Horizons Equine. Our new name reflects the growing depth, strength and clarity of our mission - to provide powerful equine assisted experiences that support healing, learning and connection through nature, horses, and community.

With an expanded focus on equine-assisted learning, adaptive horsemanship, youth development and recovery support, Brighter Horizons Equine is dedicated to offering inclusive intentional, and transformative opportunities for individuals and families in our community.

What’s new? A refreshed name that better reflects our mission. A growing partnership with local organizations. More opportunities for youth and adults, veterans, and those in recovery. A focus on nature-based learning, barn skills, confidence, and trust-building.

What’s the same? India, Flash, Lady, Drifter, Juli, Sandy and Erin. Our amazing volunteers! We invite you to visit the barn (same location) and see what’s new. Follow along with the link below, share with friends, and support our journey into this next chapter. Thank you for being part of our herd!

Join us at the barn for Hoof Health Saturday with our farrier…9:00 am on May 17, 2025

Learn why people commonly say “the hoof makes the horse”. Get a leg up on learning by walking around for a few minutes with different shoes on each foot…or tip toe with one foot and walk flat footed with the other!

Notice anything? So does your horse!
