We love what our team has done to transform the second floor of The House Church in Rogers! The newly renovated space now features welcoming offices, versatile meeting areas, modern bathrooms, and bright classrooms. We also added an exterior staircase for enhanced safety and brought in more natural light with additional windows. Downstairs, the kitchen shines with state-of-the-art commercial equipment—including a new range, hood, refrigeration, and sinks. With these upgrades, The House Church can expand its programs and services to better meet the needs of its congregation and the community.

Ellingson Contracting is proud to have constructed one of the first tenant spaces on the beautiful new Walmart campus in Bentonville. The new Gearhead Outfitters Store is a 3,200-square-foot retail space that offers premium outdoor apparel and gear to Walmart associates and the general public. The project required precise coordination and scheduling to meet a tight timeline within a restricted work area, while maintaining quality standards and ensuring seamless integration with overlapping construction projects around the site. Thank you to our team for completing this project with excellence.

Located in the heart of the historic downtown Fayetteville Square, Experience Fayetteville is the place to discover the city’s upcoming events and unique local culture.

Our team renovated the interior of Experience Fayetteville, transforming a cherished historic building into a modern, adaptable space while preserving its original charm. Offices, collaboration areas, updated bathrooms, and a contemporary break room were added, along with a full shower to encourage sustainable bicycle commuting. Additionally, a new public restroom was added to serve visitors to Fayetteville Square.

We're proud to work with Revival Architecture and the City of Fayetteville on this amazing, historic restoration! Thank you for the shoutout, Revival Architecture!

The front facade at the Porter Produce Warehouse has been rebuilt brick by brick! Previously in very poor condition and in a state of slow collapse, frankly, the . was committed to its restoration, complete with new wood windows and doors matching the originals, even slightly wavy glass! Kudos to , Mike Engstrom and Steve Taylor at CKC Cabinetry.

We are proud to announce the completion of a new facility for the lineman training course at NE Technology School. This building features a classroom area, instructor offices, a break room, a shop space, a boot wash station, and locker rooms that also serve as a storm shelter. The success of this amazing facility can be attributed to the owner's clear vision, exceptional architectural and design support from GH2 Architects, and the dedicated group of professionals who worked diligently to bring this project to life!
