All Community Clinic locations will be closed Thursday, Nov. 27th, and Friday, Nov. 28th, for the Thanksgiving holiday so our team can rest and enjoy time with loved ones. We hope you get the chance to do the same! 💙

We will be open Saturday Nov. 29th for and acute care needs from 8:00am until noon at Siloam Springs Medical Center.

We’ll return to normal business hours Monday, ready to care for you with extra support and a full heart.
