We are a community who sweats together, laughs together, OMs together, and meditates together. We breathe together, move together, detox together, and sometimes eat and drink together. We dig being humans, extraordinary humans with an enormous capacity to grow and change. We are people of all shapes and sizes, all levels of fitness and flexibility, and all ages. We are committed to offering high quality yoga classes that are affordable ($5 suggested donation) and accessible to everyone. It takes all of us (and a lot of 5 dollar bills) to make that happen! Please chip in. If there ever comes a time that the suggested donation is not feasible, then just chip in what you can. Let whatever you donate be a small reflection of the value that you place on your practice and the community that shares your practice with you. It's really a beautiful thing to participate openheartedly in that kind of giving and receiving flow. Thank you for sharing that with us!
