Victoria Fulgham, the administrator of our sister facility (Paradigm at Kountze), is truly one of a kind. She has been helping out at our facility, and her presence has made such a meaningful impact. She consistently goes above and beyond, always stepping in wherever she is needed without hesitation. Her dedication, work ethic, and willingness to serve make her not only an incredible team player, but also a strong and inspiring leader.

Victoria leads with a servant’s heart, always putting her residents and staff first. She is deeply committed to the well-being of those she cares for, and it shows in everything she does. Whether she’s supporting her team, advocating for her residents, or simply offering a helping hand, she does it all with genuine compassion and purpose.

She truly loves what she does and you can feel that in her presence and see it in her actions every single day. Her passion creates a positive impact throughout the entire building, and we are beyond grateful to have her leading and supporting our team. 💙

Today, we gathered at Paradigm at the Pines to celebrate the life of our fellow son, father, husband, and coworker, William Foster. 🤍

William touched so many lives within our building. Our residents loved him dearly, and he brought joy, laughter, and light to everyone he encountered. The memories he leaves behind will forever be cherished by all of us.

Today’s balloon release was a beautiful reminder of the impact he had and the love that surrounds his family and our team.

We would like to thank his family for sharing him with us, and we pray that God continues to comfort them during this difficult time.

Rest on, William Foster. You will truly be missed. 🕊️🤍

During Easter, our amazing DCE, Quinesha Thomas, hid eggs all around the building for our staff to find and the excitement was real! 🎉

We had 8 lucky winners (2 not pictured) who found the hidden treasures! 🥚✨

What an amazing day at our Easter Egg Hunt! 🐣

Thank you to everyone who came out and made it so special for our residents and the kiddos. Seeing the smiles, laughter, and joy shared between all ages truly warmed our hearts 💙

The kids had a blast hunting for eggs, getting their faces painted, and showing off their fun temporary tattoos 🎨✨ And of course, everyone enjoyed some delicious chili cheese nachos and Frito pie! 🧀

We are so grateful for our community and the love you continue to show. Our residents had such a wonderful time, and moments like these mean everything to us 💕

We are beyond excited to celebrate a very special milestone for one of our own, Ms. Marjorie Knobloch, as she turns 100 years young on March 28th! 🎉

Ms. Marjorie, lovingly known as “Marj,” has a heart full of kindness and a lifetime of love to share. She has always had a special place in her heart for children and a passion for helping others, and that same sweet spirit continues to shine each and every day.

Her warmth, wisdom, and gentle presence bring so much joy to everyone around her. Marj is truly a blessing to our community and is deeply loved by her entire Paradigm family.
