Mr. Danny was very knowledgeable and explained the test. No high pitch to buy hearing aids. Showed you how your hearing test went. I would recommendAudible Hearing Aid Center to anyone that is thinking about their hearing tested and hearing aids. His office staff was welcoming and very upbeat.

Everyone was very professional and super nice. Place was clean. I was explained everything about my hearing aides and how to use them. I would recommend them to anyone

Update:I’ve had my aides a couple months now. They are helping me a LOT.Their personal customer service makes you glad you have an appointment. They are AWESOME!!I am so glad I was referred here. Danny was exceptionally professional and friendly.He explained EVERYTHING. We met as strangers and left feeling like I had a friend.Can’t wait to get my hearing aids next week!

The Representative did an outstanding job and discussed some important issues with me that I did not know plus showed me the inside my ear . I left the office very knowledgeable in regards to hearing aids and hearing loss

The employees and family run owner/operators are all very friendly and helpful with all questions regarding my hearing aid. I’m very thankful for their professional services. Now I can hear things I never knew I missed. Like socked feet scuffing across carpet. Or the tick tock on my wall clock.

I got to my appointment and was taken back right away. I was given directions on how to properly align the molds in my ears. Very pleased.

I brought my 92 and a half year old mom to the Audible hearing center in our hometown of Beaumont tx. My mom has suffered with hearing loss since her diagnosis of otosclerosis at age 29. Surgery corrected that, but that was over 60 years ago and time has taken its toll on her remaining ability to hear. Danny Hardt, and his competent staff took care of her every need. She hears better now than she has in many years. She's has had hearing aids from other places before, but none have helped her as much as the ones she has now from the Audible hearing center.
