We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Workers to join our team. The ideal candidates will provide personalized in-home care and support to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:
Assist clients with daily living activities, including meal preparation, personal hygiene, and mobility.

Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
Administer medication as prescribed and monitor client's health and well-being.

Assist with light housekeeping tasks and laundry.

Transport clients to appointments, errands, and outings as needed.

Document daily activities and observations in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
