Do you want to learn how to support your community and loved ones with mental health concerns? Come to the Mental Health First Aid Trainings at Gila Regional Medical Center! This all-day training covers common mental health concerns, how to provide nonjudgmental help, and how to keep yourself safe and well while doing so!
