This class is guided by the current moon phase and seasonal energy—an invitation to align with natural rhythms rather than push against them.

Through long-held, supported postures, we’ll support the nervous system, release tension in the body, and practice slowing down in a sustainable way.

All levels welcome. Everything is provided.

Our space is upstairs (stair access only).
We believe yoga is for every body and are continually learning how to make our offerings more accessible—feel free to connect with us if you need support.

Be strong.

What if strength isn’t about the poses you can hold…but how you hold yourself?

Yes, arm balances, like forearm stand, build physical strength. They also cultivate focus, coordination, steady breath, courage.

Traditionally, yoga invited us to cultivate steadiness and clarity—not only in the body, but in how we live.

It trains the muscles we use in daily life.
• Holding a boundary
• Staying flexible in your thinking
• Choosing compassion when it’s easier to judge
• Telling the truth with kindness
• Showing up consistently
• Noticing your patterns in real time

The awareness you cultivate in a pose becomes the awareness you bring to your life.
