Our non-profit, Valley Assisted Living, is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to add to our team. The Kitchen Manager provides three meals a day, is responsible for creating food menus, preparing and serving of meals, sanitation of food service areas, accurate record keeping, rotating inventory of products, budgeting, training staff, kitchen schedules, etc. Must be able to cook home cooked meals from scratch and work in a team environment. Must be able to work hand in hand with the caregivers. Pay starts at $18 per hour, depending on experience.

Will train applicant to meet state requirements. Looking for an individual who enjoys working with seniors in a small town overlooking the beautiful Sangre de Cristo mountains. People management skills required. Finance/budget background helpful. Strong support staff. Compensation is negotiable and based on experience and qualifications.
