A new month to breathe deeper, slow down, and reconnect. Whether on the mat or in mindful conversation in your counseling sessions, we are here to support your peace and growth this season. 🧘‍♀️

As a reminder, soundbed sessions, yoga classes, and Together We Bloom groups are all offered in addition to mental health counseling. If you are a current client, get linked with these add-ons at no-cost. Not a client? Our yoga classes and soundbed sessions are kept at a low rate, and our mission-centric groups with Together We Bloom are free. ❤️ Be sure to follow both pages to stay in the loop!

Do you love getting into the Holiday Spirit? This class is for you! We will play "pass the gift" while we get into our various yoga poses! Downward dog? Pass right! Warrior II? Pass left! Guaranteed fun and laughs while also enjoying a 1 hour Holiday Themed Yoga Class! Wear your red or green yoga clothes (optional ugly sweater)!

Enjoy a Hot Cocoa bar after class with all the yummy toppings! Every participant will receive an ornament.
