The eyes symbolize the omniscient awareness of the Buddha — not in a supernatural sense, but as awakened wisdom that sees reality clearly.
They represent the ability to perceive beyond illusion and see things as they truly are.
The Buddha Eyes are not about being watched. They are about remembering to wake up.
We all have the ability to wake up and see the roll impermanence and karma play in our life.

Stronger together, we rise when we care spreading kindness and compassion. The Buddha taught that the Sangha (fellowship) is more important than him and his teachings. Join us and see if you can find your sangha and spread your love and compassion.

For most of my life all I knew was the feeling of darkness, that feeling of not being enough, and at some level that was comfortable.
Through meditation and insight I began to believe that the story I was telling myself was not true and that there is a bright shining light in me.
I would love to say that the darkness has left for good, but that's not what happens. The practice of meditation teaches us to come back to the present moment. And I use this same method about my habitual thoughts and that returns me to the truth that there is goodness in me, the light within.
How do you cope with the negative self-talk?

Our suffering comes from wanting our experiences to be different than they are. Imagine the peace in your heart if you could change your relationship with your sense experiences by simply allowing them to come and go. No pushing, No grasping.
Practice this in your meditation by coming back to the breath when you recognize the thoughts. Do this without judgment 🙏

Emotions can get the better of us but they do not have to. Rather than identifing as the emotion, we can be aware they are present in us. This shift takes us from "I am..." to "There is.... in me" From here there is space and in that space wisdom grows.
