Hi friends,

It’s been a little while since you’ve heard from me here! I took some time off over the summer to travel and spend those busy, joy-filled days with my kids. Now we’re back home, settling into homeschooling again, and I’m excited to say that Petals and Potencies will be returning with weekly episodes.

The next episode drops next Monday, and it’s one that’s especially close to my heart: moms and burnout. We’ll be diving into what burnout really looks like, why it happens, and ways to support yourself through it.

🌸 The Heart of Vilma

In this deeply personal episode, I share the story of my beloved aunt Vilma. She was the woman who introduced me to homeopathy, nurtured my faith, and quietly shaped the person I’ve become. Born with a rare heart condition and given only months to live, Vilma defied every prediction and lived a life full of grace, strength, and unwavering love.

🌸 A sacred episode is coming

Tomorrow, July 1st at 3:00 am, I will release the most personal episode I’ve ever recorded. On her birthday, at the exact hour my aunt Vilma was born.

She entered the world with a rare and severe heart condition. Doctors said she would not survive past infancy. But she did. She lived with quiet courage and unwavering faith. And in living, she changed the course of my life.

She was the one who introduced me to homeopathy.
She was the first person who truly saw me.
She taught me how to listen to the body, how to trust in gentleness, and how to carry pain with grace.

Her life shaped mine in ways I am still discovering.

This episode is for her.
For the heart that was never expected to last but did.
For the woman who gave me more than I could ever repay.
For the love that still guides me, every single day.
