Hi friends,

It’s been a little while since you’ve heard from me here! I took some time off over the summer to travel and spend those busy, joy-filled days with my kids. Now we’re back home, settling into homeschooling again, and I’m excited to say that Petals and Potencies will be returning with weekly episodes.

The next episode drops next Monday, and it’s one that’s especially close to my heart: moms and burnout. We’ll be diving into what burnout really looks like, why it happens, and ways to support yourself through it.

I’ve missed being here with you, and I’m so glad to be back. 💚
