Come join me on Sunday, May 3rd from 1:00pm to 1:45pm to participate in my Aromatherapy Reiki Meditation at Create Arts Center!

Come and get acquainted with a plant through Organic Essential Oils and meditate on why that plant would look like as a being. Connect with that plant and remember moving forward, this plant can represent relaxation, energy, or mental clarity when you need it most.

Create has a very fun event prepared for the community. Join us for a family friendly event that priomotes mental health wellness. Services are provided by Common Thread, Sacred Willow Reiki Healing and Vikara Village, where there will be a Mindful Stitching, an Aromatherapy Reiki Guided Meditation, Yoga Session, and possbily a Soundbathing experience.

We will also have tea provided by Strob Apothecary based out of Crofton, Maryland. There will be two blends to try, one iced and one hot!

Donations are highly appreciated and keep us supplying amazing artistic experiences.

Reiki, Cats, Aromatherapy, Tea, and Practice! So happy to have taught Reiki to my student, and to have my cats there. They are Reiki Cats lol. Had a great time and my mom came for my student to practice!

28 Days of Reiki is finally posted on YouTube! All 28 days!

This was a personal healing journey for myself that I wanted to share with my viewers and other Reiki practitioners who may want to go through this healing journey as well.

Structured off of the Moon Cycle, this journey covers forming a foundation, activating our potentiality, integration of what we’ve been working on, and finally deep rest. Starting with the New Moon, moving to the Full Moon, and ending on the Dark Moon.

Each body part, organ, and cell will receive reiki. Our chakras, our emotional body, as well as our mind and auric field will receive reiki.

28 days. There will be a Body focus, Moon focus, Reiki focus, Fun Reiki Fact, and a Mantra on each day.

Watch as many times as you want. Just know you aren’t alone in the journey. I’m going through it with you. I am vulnerable too, trying to return myself back to balance.

Hello Everyone! Just a Reminder I am doing Reiki I & II Training in Silver Spring, Maryland on April 18th and 19th from 9am to 6pm in Downtown Silver Spring! The class costs $333.00 and you learn about Reiki, its origins, how to practice on yourself, how to practice on others, business setup, and much more. There will be room for practice, which is the most important thing about Reiki. Practice makes perfect.

Update on Reiki Training!!!!

For the month of March, trainings have been cancelled due to low enrollment. But, the April 18th and 19th Reiki I & II Training will be on!

You will learn about Reiki, the history, become attuned (placement) to Reiki energy, learn to give Reiki to yourself and others, practice giving in person reiki as well as distance reiki, and so much more!

You will walk away with your Reiki I & II certification with the ICRT Affiliate logo, so that you and the ICRT know that you learned from a Reiki Teacher (Master) who has learned from William Lee Rand who owns the International Center of Reiki Training. You also receive two different Reiki manuals. One from ICRT and the other from Reiki Master, Diane Stein. As well as being provided with sources regarding Reiki.

I have been a Reiki Practitioner since 2016 thanks to my mentor Olivia. I then became a Master Teacher in 2018 from Kandi. And then proceeded to take Animal Reiki I, II, & Master course in 2019 and 2020 from Colleen. I then had the wonderful opportunity to learn directly from William Lee Rand. So as you can see, I have taken Reiki several times and have been practicing since 2016.
