August 31st we recognize International Overdose Awareness day. In 2024, over 80,000 people lost their lives in the United States to drug overdose. Knowing how to recognize the signs and destigmatizing mental health which is often a root cause of overdoses can save a life.

Did you know Pride Month is celebrated in June to honor the uprising that occurred at the Stonewall Inn on June 28th, 1969 which opened the door for "Gay Rights" movements around the world?
