Potomac Nutrition offers nutrition counseling but we also love getting out in the community! Jamie attended health fairs and led group discussions over the past several months including Blair High School in MD, Onelife fitness in DC, Palmer Care Chiropractic in DC and Elevated Strength and Rehab in MD

At these events, Jamie discussed various nutrition topics, debunked nutrition myths, and offered samples of delicious energy bites.

Jamie has more in person and virtual events coming up at the end of this year and in early 2026.
