No Way!!! ❤️😆❤️

Delayed gratification doesn’t have to feel like a test—it can be fun and meaningful! 🍪✨ Try these tips to help your kids practice patience while enjoying life’s sweet moments:

1️⃣ Make it a game: Turn waiting into fun with puzzles, songs, or quick drawing challenges.

2️⃣ Celebrate wins: When they wait patiently, cheer them on and let them enjoy the reward fully.

3️⃣ Talk it out: Ask how waiting felt and what helped. Teach them to reflect and grow.

4️⃣ Start small: Gradually increase waiting times, starting with just 30 seconds.

5️⃣ Model patience: Share examples of when you waited and how it paid off.

Encourage, don’t punish—kids learn best when it’s playful and guilt-free. Let’s teach patience while keeping the joy alive! 🎉

As a mom & entrepreneur with big dreams I have to make time for myself, my family, and my contributions to the world. Meditation, visualization, and taking action on your dreams all require you to be yourself and do what you love. Your legacy should be rooted in that. Everything else just flows. What habits are you building that can help you become more agile?

It’s so important that we follow our intuition. As business owners that requires us to remember our why, our inspiration….not just the current data around us that would point to our dreams being unachievable or impossible. We have to focus on our why and what we want. Then look for intuitive leads, hunches, strong feels, vibrations (vibes), visions on what we should do next. The best way to listen to these leads is to reflect through meditation or moving meditation like running, yoga, dance, walking, etc . Where you can get into a flow state and forget that you are you. Just move into a stay of being.
Feel free to the podcast, rate, and share with a friend. You are agile and in bloom! “Intuition is the highest form of intelligence, transcending all individual abilities and skills” ― Sylvia Clare. Life Is The Lab: The World Is Our School! This Saturday Zoe and I will be the Keynote Speakers at the Come Outside Conference Spring Edition In-Person (V2.0) for early childhood teachers and caregivers featuring nature-based education through songs, stories, and adventure! Join Us! Link in my stories!!

Our workshop is entitled “Life Is The Lab: The World Is Our School”

Life is the Lab! It’s where we can explore, learn, play, and grow. Dr. Akoumany will offer strategies for educators and homeschoolers from all backgrounds to view the world as our school and to more creatively use the outdoors, major cities, and technology to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion and to compliment various learning styles. Worldschooling requires us to use mindfulness, curiosity, and movement to reconnect with nature, ourselves, and learn about our connection to other humans, animals, plant-life, bacteria, viruses, and the universe at large.

This event is MSDE approved 6 COK hrs and will be held at the beautiful Soldier's Delight Nature Center. https://www.eventbrite.com/e/come-outside-conference-spring-edition-in-person-v20-tickets-327620811667
