Doctors say mid-September to October is the best time for most people to get a flu shot. ✅ It gives your body time to build protection before flu season really kicks in.

👶 For kids under 8 getting their first flu vaccine, starting earlier may help since they need 2 doses.

✅ Starting Kindergarten? Your child must have the MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) and Varicella (Chickenpox) vaccines to attend school.

✅ Turning 11? Don’t forget the required Tdap vaccine—students may not be allowed to attend school without it.
