These donation-based classes help fund our YTT Inclusivity Scholarship, which is awarded each year to a YTT student who seeks to bring a perspective that is currently underrepresented in the yoga community.

Live DJ Thursdays @ 7:15 pm & Saturdays @ 11 am! If you've attended Jade's Rise and Rest or Yoga Basics classes, you know she always comes with an amazing playlist. But did you know that there's a professional DJ spinning live for each class? Ayinde feels the room, invites challenges and promotes calm as needed. He brings the gift of DJ and sound engineering to Grace, and we are grateful for all he gives to our community 🎧🎶!

We are partnering with Montgomery County Chapter of PERIOD., a global movement dedicated to combating period poverty and stigma. We are PROUDLY participating in a collect drive for menstrual products for women's shelters. Look the donation box by our front desk!

This Valentine’s Day weekend, join Ginette Redmond for a deeply nourishing 90-minute restorative yoga workshop centered on gentleness, self-care, and loving kindness. In this slow and grounding practice, Ginette will offer poses held for up to 10-20 minutes interwoven with sound healing, mindful breathing, and spacious pauses to allow the nervous system to settle and to support deep relaxation of the mind and body. After the practice, you’ll be invited to linger and enjoy a cup of hot tea to transition gently into your evening.

To keep the experience intimate and supportive, space is limited to just 10 participants. This small-group setting allows for personalized attention and a calm, nurturing atmosphere.

Cost: $30 ($24 for Grace Annual Members)
