Our goals at Kitsap Running Camp:
Running is more than just a confidence booster. It's a skill, a discipline, and a pathway to connection. At Kitsap Running Camp, kids will get expert-level training to improve their form, efficiency, and endurance. We treat running like swimming or biking, something to be learned, practiced, and refined.

But we don’t stop there.

This camp is about pushing limits, discovering joy in movement, connecting with the body, finding rhythm in nature, and having a blast while doing it all. Running has the power to strengthen not just the body, but the mind and spirit as well. Gym rescue edition 🏋️

My buddy developed some lower back pain last week that left him unable to lift weights. Taking it easy and light stretching weren’t having any effect, and his pain was slowly getting worse.

After testing several different movements at the gym, we discovered that side lying rotation made a huge difference in his pain and range of motion.

It helped so much so that after using it for a few days he felt good as new 💪

Not all pain is mechanical and not all pain responds the same to the same movements. It’s a puzzle you have to figure out 🧩🤓
