Jan will be in the office on Friday to answer phones and schedule patients for next week while Dr.Franklin is out of town. He will be available on October 21st. October News:

October 2nd, we close early and October 3rd Friday our office will be closed for WSCA Connect for Dr. Franklin’s continuing education requirements. Please plan ahead October is one of our busiest months in the year with everyone catching up and using their insurance benefits. Also, remember we have a waitlist if you don’t see the time you need.

In addition, right now it the best time to ask insurance questions to Jan or to research insurances if you are planning to change insurance or not use insurance with the upcoming open season this Fall. Be ready!

If you are a returning patient and it’s been more than 6 months, please call 360-516-6989 so we may help you update your information to help us serve you best!

2025 Intake Form is required to be filled out 2 hours prior to your appointment to keep your appointment time and we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment if it is not filled out correctly with updated insurance information, contact info, card on file and any new injuries. If you need further assistance please call 360-516-6989 and we will walk you thru it.

We are a fragrance free clinic due to staff & patients with severe allergies and treating migraines. Please reframe on putting lotions and perfume before your visit.
