NEW LOCATION! Now taking INSURANCE!

I am no longer working out of my house and so I have a new location: 3587 NW Anderson Hill Road, Silverdale WA 98383. I am in the same building with my friends from Silverdale Sport and Spine and Expansions Massage. I recommend you check them out too! Jordan is a chiropractor with a very different style and Cynthia is a Thai Massage stretch expert.

I am now contracted with these insurance providers:
-Kaiser of Washington (Core, Boeing HMO, SoundChoice, Connect, Options, Access PPO, Elect PPO and Summit PPO)
-Aetna (Open Choice, Managed Choice, Elect Choice, Aetna Whole Health Puget Sound and Aetna Premier Networks)
-Triwest (Community Care Network and the VA)
-Coordinated Care (Ambetter Essential Care HMO, Ambetter Balanced Care HMO, Ambetter Secure Care HMO and Cascade Care HMO)
If you want to use your insurance, I will need a referral from an MD, DC, NP or other appropriate provider. As a reminder: I can do superbills for out of network reimbursement and I also take HSA/FSA.

I have raised my prices and am no longer accepting tips. Since what I do is usually a medical service and since I am now taking insurance, I've brought my prices in line with current insurance rates and eliminated tipping. I think these rates are fair but it also seems like everyone is raising their prices these days so I do offer a (verbally agreed upon) cash rate for anyone who needs a price break.

Thought this was cool. I broke my ankle a number of years ago and still have a plate and screws so I have had to lace my boots up differently to make them comfortable. Here is an actual system to help with various foot issues.

I am now one of very few LMTs certified in intraoral technique in Bremerton!
