As temperatures rise, so does your body’s need for hydration especially before and after your yoga practice. Whether you’re flowing through Vinyasa or holding steady in stillness, your body is working hard.
Drinking water before yoga helps prepare your muscles and joints, supports circulation, and boosts energy levels.
Rehydrating after class helps replenish lost fluids, prevent fatigue, and support recovery.
On hot summer days, your body sweats more even in a gentle class. Keep a water bottle nearby, and don’t wait until you’re thirsty to take a sip.
