💝‼️🚨CANDLE RESTOCK🚨‼️💝

I have a seriously intoxicating lineup of new candle scents that you absolutely have to try!

Each candle is 8 oz, comes in a decorative tin, and is adorned with cutie little garnishes atop each one.

New scents:
1) ✨️GOLDEN HOUR - Citrusy top notes of bergamot and sweet orange, with a heart of gardenia and creamy coconut. Garnished with a turmeric dusting
(Ngl, this is my current obsession)

2) 🪵PALO SANTO - raw palo santo, with top notes of incense and saffron, rounded out with a mossy patchouli. Garnished with burnt Palo Santo shavings

3) 🌿 ROSEMARY & SAGE - an oldie but our MOST popular. The scent is classic, but has Eucalyptus and pine notes, and is rounded out with rosemary, sage and hints of cedar. Garnished with dried herbs.

4) 🫐 ELDERBERRY NECTAR - effervescent notes of tart elderberry, crisp green tea, and mandarin, followed up with geranium amd juicy raspberry, and finished with Oakwood and creamy sandalwood. Garnished with 3 dried berries.

5) 🫖 APOTHECARY - this one is sooo unique and truly special, as it is meant to encompass the smell and feel of stepping into an old world, artisan workshop.
It smells like a blend of fresh ground herbs and spices like peppercorn, clary sage, and coriander, and balances out with an earthy heart of moss, patchouli, and chamomile. Garnished with homemade dried tea mix.

🌸BUSINESS AS USUAL🌸
As we all know, most small businesses have struggled to stay alive and self sustaining during these very uncertain and restricting times. We are no exception. Living in a rural community has its advantages and disadvantages, but when faced to answer the hardest question "are you thriving", the short answer is not as well as we could be.

So in an effort to shake things up a bit for the better, we are choosing to adapt.

Throughout the month of March, J&D Apothecary will be packing up shop in preparation to close its physical location in Los Ojos, NM. Orders are still welcome, both online and in person. I will be in and out of the shop, so please feel free to knock on the front door of the main house if you are in need of anything until then. The online shop will be fully stocked, and orders have and always will be shipped within 1-2 business days. Stay tuned for a nice fancy new website too!

Moving forward, J&D products will be primarily sold in local markets in the Summit County Colorado and surrounding areas, with Silverthorne, CO being the main hub. All foraging and harvesting will continue to be done in and around the Rocky Mountains.

With all that said, I just want to say that Los Ojos was magic, and allowed me to explore what it would be like to form a small business around something I am passionate about, while getting to provide what I truly believe to be a valuable and empowering resource to the communities it directly serves. I got to learn exactly what it takes to run a viable business, and experience all the struggles and shortfalls, scattered with the sweet feelings of clarity and success. I am beyond excited for the future of J&D Apothecary, and promise to never stop flourishing and flowering into the thriving herbalist I know I can become!
