Wednesday September 3rd- 5:30-6:30 pm
MOVE’s Certifed Personal Trainer, Barrett Anderson, will introduce the 3 main lifts including squat, bench press, and deadlift. The course will focus on proper technique, safety, and will highlight the importance of these lifts to create and maintain a strong foundation.
We will also cover equipment used, proper warmup routines, and basic programming concepts for progressive strength gains. This is a hands on course where you will complete the three lifts, with Barrett there to help with spotting, breathing techniqes, and how to avoid common mistakes.
$10 for gym members, $20 for non gym members
