The front desk is the hub of our clinic. We are looking for a charismatic, compassionate, reliable, and friendly personality to answer phones and run the day-to-day front desk operations. Ideal candidate has a passion for integrative wellness and will grow with our clinic.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- checking patients in and out
- scheduling for providers
- triaging incoming calls & walk ins
- working closely with clinic team
- inventory management support
- managing payments & memberships
- general patient onboarding
- appointment reminders
