High Country Remote Care is now San Juan Clinic! We're improving patient access in 2026 and will continue to provide comprehensive Primary Care for all ages including acute visits, preventive care, chronic disease management, and wellness visits. Additional services include assisting with care coordination, medications provided through our on-site pharmacy and diagnostics including labs and point of care testing.

Located in the Miner’s Union Hospital at 1315 Snowden Street.
