How do you handle hard days or hard projects?
I’ve recently been going through my closet and all my clothes. This has always been a place that brings up a lot of emotions for me. So this time I tried something new - I was gentle with myself. I looked for ways to make this process more enjoyable. I put oils in the diffuser that would support me through this:
Frankincense (the oil of truth)
Lemongrass (emotional cleanser)
Grapefruit (honoring the body)
Eucalyptus (the oil of wellness)
I was extremely aware of my self talk. I chose words that were encouraging and loving. I put on music that created a relaxed vibe. And you know what, I did it! ✨
