Be there for your loved ones as they pass away. Use this time to reflect on the times you spent together and their effects on you as you learn to deal with the circumstance. Although it will be challenging, you shouldn't hurry your recovery. You'll be able to handle things at your own pace and time. To cope with the process, consider joining a support group or speaking with a psychiatrist.

Just keep in mind that we are also here to help you with your grieving needs through our bereavement support.
