True Fitness ATP

True Fitness ATP Working out has always been a part of my life going back to when I was 13. I also realized I enjoyed training others.

After college, I found myself still passionate about working out and staying in shape. After different career choices, I came to the realization that training myself and others, is what I enjoyed doing most in life. So at the age of 30, I decided to make personal training my career and it has been my passion, ever since I became a personal trainer. Being fit only makes the things we enjoy doing that much better, spending time doing family and friend activities, traveling or just day to day life. When we are healthy and in shape, our quality of life only gets better and we enjoy more of what life has to offer.

When it's super hot as it has been hydration is a must! A minimum of 3 liters per day of WATER is necessary for almost everyone. If you are more active and outside the number should be closer to 4 or 5. 70% of your body is comprised of water treat it as such!💪
