!!! My go to pre work out- since I don’t drink pre work out anymore. No crash. No anxiety. Just good flavors. (Really miss the witch brew)

is where I found this flat claw. Nothing is worse than your clip snapping in the middle of a work out OR a clip digging into your head. These are comfy.

such a tasty protein shake. All flavors are good. Easy snack and no tummy turns.

68 sweet but not too over powering where you’ll give the person next to you a headache. But you also won’t smell like an onion 😅

lip balm. I will literally chew off my lips if I am hyper focused so I really like to put a gloss on or a lip balm to prevent me from chewing off my lips during my work out! Try it.
