"Denise does stellar work week in, week out, with attention to detail and compassionate care for her individuals. She is a great problem solver and is always coming up with new ideas for supporting her people in their pursuit of their goals. In particular, Denise has an ability to relate to her people and meet them exactly where they are with regards to their attitudes an/or willingness to commit to working on their goals. She is able to encourage without badgering but is also able to see when her individual's probably need a break to refresh before beginning again. Additionally, Denise is always on top of her paperwork and admin/scheduling communication, making life very easy for those who work with her!"
