This is my cupping set that I use when you book a Muscle Melt massage. The biggest cup I use once I've found a good sized knot, the smallest one I use on small areas like the back of your neck, but those two medium sized cups are my workhorses! Probably 90% of the cupping I do is with the medium sized cups. They are the perfect size in my hand to glide over tight areas. Cupping fast tracks your tension relief, making it an incredible tool for pain relief.
