To My Haven Community…
After five beautiful years of serving the Simpsonville community through The Haven Yoga & Spiritual Sanctuary, I’m writing to share that I’ll be stepping back from studio responsibilities. As many of you know, I’ve been the face of The Haven and have taken great pride in cultivating a nurturing community—one that reminds us that change begins with the simple desire to do. Evolution persists when we commit to consistent practice, and it’s been an honor to witness that growth in so many of you.
This transition comes as I continue balancing a full-time job and step more fully into supporting my daughter, Byrdie Wilson blossoming music career, and spend more quality time with my family John Yegge Hailey Wilson Jack Wilson and my beautiful parents. It’s a season of expansion—and with it comes the need to shift my focus.
While I’ll still welcome correspondence and connection, Marissa (owner of Body by M Studio) will now be your main point of contact for all studio-related matters. I’m deeply grateful to her for continuing to nurture this space and community with so much care and an expanded vision.
What’s staying the same:
• Our current teachers and classes
• The heart and intention behind every offering
What’s coming soon:
• New classes and monthly workshops on both The Haven Yoga and Body by M Studio websites
• 200- and 300-Hour Yoga Alliance Accredited Teacher Training Programs with Karla from Acharya Yoga Academy
• Starting in January, all information will be housed at Body by M Studio’s website
• Classes and passes can be booked via the Wellness Living "Achieve" Consumer app
This decision is bittersweet. The Haven began as a steppingstone for self-discovery, and it has become a place where I—and hopefully many of you—have leapt into deeper versions of ourselves. I’m humbled by the personal growth this experience has brought me. I’ve learned so much from this community: about presence, resilience, and the power of shared breath.
Thank you for walking this journey with me. I’m proud of what we’ve built together, and I trust in what’s ahead.
With love and gratitude,
Pam Wilson
