We are expanding our Lifestyle Medicine and Medical Weight Loss Program, seeking an exceptional Certified Personal Trainer with Health Coaching experience or certification who is passionate about helping patients achieve lasting health transformation.

This is not a typical gym-based trainer position.

You will work directly alongside physicians and medical professionals to support patients struggling with obesity, metabolic disease, and lifestyle-related chronic conditions.

About this Opportunity:
• Work in a medical practice environment
• Collaborate with physicians, physician assistants, massage therapists, physical therapists, aestheticians, medical assistants, phlebotomists and other healthcare professionals
• Support patients enrolled in a comprehensive medical weight loss program
• Focus on long-term lifestyle change, not quick fixes
• Flexible Part-Time / PRN schedule
• Opportunity to grow with an innovative and expanding practice

Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
• Is passionate about lifestyle medicine and preventive healthcare
• Enjoys working with individuals beginning their health journey
• Understands the importance of behavior change, accountability, and habit formation
• Is motivated to help patients achieve life-changing health outcomes and impacting lives.

Qualifications
• Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA or equivalent)
• Health Coach certification or experience preferred
• Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Health Promotion, or related field is a plus
• Excellent communication, team player and motivational skills
• Compassion for patients who may feel intimidated by exercise
We are board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine, Lifestyle Medicine and Obesity Medicine. We believe that many chronic diseases can be improved—or even reversed—through lifestyle change, weight management, and personalized medical care.
