One thing we do like to gently clarify, though, is that pricing isn’t a one-size-fits-all situation. We understand it can be confusing when someone shares what they pay versus what another quote may be, but every home and every service is completely different.

When we determine pricing, we take several things into consideration:
• Square footage of the home
• Layout and number of bedrooms/bathrooms
• Type of materials (certain surfaces like stone require specific products and care)
• Level of buildup or maintenance needed
• Frequency of service (monthly, biweekly, etc.)
• Location and environment (for example, lake homes or homes sitting vacant tend to require more attention)
• Special requests or add-ons

All of these factors play a role in the time, products, and labor required to maintain the level of quality we’re known for.

We pride ourselves on delivering consistent, high-quality service, and our pricing reflects the standards we hold for our team and our work. We’ll always be transparent and fair, while making sure each client receives a service tailored specifically to their home.

As I’ve mentioned before, our books have been slammed—and that’s all because of YOU. We’re so grateful to serve such an amazing community and truly appreciate the continued support.

With that being said, we’ve recently added 3 incredible ladies to our team and we’re officially opening our books back up for recurring clients! ✨

We’re now accepting weekly, biweekly, and monthly cleanings to help build out their schedules, with availability starting in June.

Seriously… the support you all continue to show Cleaned & Candled does not go unnoticed, and I am so beyond grateful for each and every one of you.

With that being said — our books are officially SLAMMED and we are currently booking out into August ✨

We do have a cancellation waitlist, and every now and then I’m able to squeeze in a last-minute clean — so don’t hesitate to reach out just in case!

Meet Laura!

Hey, I am Laura! I grew up in South Carolina and have lived here my entire
life. I am an only child to Bruce and Mary who are working on 33 years of
marriage. I have always wanted to be a mom and could be found playing
baby dolls my entire childhood, especially playing pretend carpool dropping
the kids off at school. I am on the admissions team at a non profit hospice
company in the upstate of South Carolina where I meet with families who ng their loved ones and support them in their final days. I love that I get to be with families and their loved ones right before they hopefully go to heaven. Most think it’s wild that I work in hospice care, but death can be beautiful. I am typically the loudest in the room and am the life of the party. I love to host in our home and can whip up a full meal in no time. I find my creativity in the kitchen and love a house full of people. I cannot wait to have a home full of children and lots of laughter throughout. In my free time I love to play Mahjong with friends, host book and supper clubs and am very active in my local church.

SOME OF MY FAVORITE HOBBIES:
Reading (especially on the beach), cooking for friends and thrift shopping.
